Prosecutor: Manages a case before the grand jury

Grand Jury: 12 citizen volunteers, chosen at random by the judge, will form a grand jury. A grand jury will determine whether sufficient evidence is submitted to hold a trial. If so, issues an indictment.

Indictment: Emailed to the alleged perpetrator to allow him or her to respond to the charges. Informs alleged perpetrator of the particulars of the crime.

Trial: Evidence is presented by the prosector to the jury and gallery.

Jury renders a decision, guilty or not guilty, unanimous decision

Judge sets penalty and informs defendant.

Results of the trial are published on the internet.
